⭐All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Processing time 2 - 6 days.
⭐Tracking numbers sent by email after a short processing period.
⭐Any items not received within 14 weeks qualify for a full refund or reship immediately. The customer has to reach out to us to have a refund for the order that has not been delivered within 14 weeks. Otherwise, we will reship the order.
4. Order Tracking
· Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
· Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
5. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
· Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at the time of order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you.
· For your security, we are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been placed and is processing.
· Standard shipping methods can deliver to P.O. Boxes. Express services often cannot; please select your shipping method accordingly.
6. What If I'm Not Home?
· If you are not available to receive the package, the carrier will typically follow their standard procedure (e.g., leave the package in a safe place, leave a notice for pickup, or attempt delivery on the next business day).
· We are not responsible for packages that have been successfully delivered to the address provided. Once the carrier marks the package as delivered, liability transfers to the customer. Please contact the shipping carrier directly with any delivery concerns.
7. Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)
· For international orders, any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs office. We cannot control these charges.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
· Damaged Item: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at etherealform@163.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and get you a replacement or refund.
· Lost Item: If your tracking information shows that your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will initiate a trace with the shipping carrier.

· Please see our full [Return & Exchange Policy] for details. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return an item that qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
