30 Days Easy Return/Exchange

At Etherealform, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help. Please review our policy below regarding returns and exchanges.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
· Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange.
· Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
· Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order number, or proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For the health and safety of all our customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
· Sale & Clearance Items
· Swimwear (if the hygiene liner has been removed or damaged)
· Bodysuits (if the hygiene liner has been removed or damaged)
· Accessories (such as earrings, for hygiene reasons)
· Gifted Items
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact our customer service team at etherealform@163.comwithin the 30-day window. Please include your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.
Step 2: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to mail your package.
Step 3: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, if possible. Please include your original packing slip or a note with your RMA number and order details. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Return Options & Refunds
· Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-15 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
· Exchanges: We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the desired exchange item is not available, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
· Store Credit: For a faster resolution, you can opt to receive store credit. This will be issued immediately upon approval of your return and does not require waiting for bank processing times.
5. Return Shipping Costs
· The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item or a defective product).
· We are not liable for return packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We apologize if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item! Please contact us at [Your Email Address] within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number and photos/video of the issue. We will cover the cost of return shipping and promptly send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including your original shipping charges.
7. Final Sale Items
Please note that all purchases marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. All sales are final on these items.
