Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: We want you to love your purchase! Items in new, unworn condition with original tags attached can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, final sale items (including swimwear, bodysuits, and items marked "Final Sale") cannot be returned or exchanged. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Q: How long will shipping take?
A: We typically process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

· Expedited Shipping (2-Business Day): Available at checkout
  Please note that delivery times may be longer during holidays or promotional periods.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, we only ship within the United States and its territories.

Q: What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
A: We sincerely apologize for the error! Please contact our customer service team at etherealform@163.com within 7 days of receipt, and include your order number and photos of the item. We will gladly send a replacement or process a full refund.

Q: My size is out of stock. Will you be getting more?
